We are committed to creating beautiful, handcrafted floral arrangements using the freshest flowers available. Every bouquet is made with care, attention to detail and a passion for quality. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Store Policy.

Our Flowers

All of our bouquets and floral arrangements are individually handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers sourced from trusted growers and wholesalers.

As flowers are natural products, slight variations in colour, size, shape and bloom stage should be expected. No two arrangements will ever be identical, making each creation truly unique.

Seasonal Availability & Substitutions

Flower availability changes throughout the year and is subject to seasonal growing conditions and supplier availability.

If a particular flower, foliage or accessory is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, colour palette and quality of the arrangement.

Where a significant change would be required, we will contact you before completing your order whenever reasonably possible.

Flower Care

Every order includes flower care instructions to help maximise vase life.

For best results we recommend:

Using a clean vase.
Trimming stems before placing flowers into water.
Changing the water every 2–3 days.
Keeping flowers away from direct sunlight, radiators, fireplaces and fresh fruit.

Proper care will help your flowers remain fresh for as long as possible.

Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Prices may change without notice but will never affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically create a contract between you and Thoughts & Thistles.

Your order is accepted once payment has been authorised and you receive an Order Confirmation from us.

Should we be unable to fulfil your order due to stock availability or any unforeseen circumstance, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer:

A suitable alternative;
A revised delivery date; or
A full refund.

Wedding & Funeral Orders

Wedding and funeral arrangements are bespoke products created specifically for your event.

Additional consultation may be required before production begins.

As flowers are specially ordered for these occasions, amendments or cancellations will not be possible once production has commenced.

All wedding and funeral orders must be submitted at minimum two weeks prior to delivery or collection.  

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always do our best to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

Advertising 

Thoughts & Thistles reserves the right to photograph all floral arrangements and designs created by us for the purpose of promoting, advertising and marketing our business; this may include use on our website, social media platforms, printed marketing materials, portfolios, advertising, exhibitions and other promotional channels. 

We retain the right to use photographs of our work even where the design has been commissioned by a customer, provided that such use does not intentionally reveal private, confidential or sensitive private information. 

Where a design relates to a funeral, bereavement or other particularly sensitive circumstance, Thoughts & Thistles will exercise reasonable discretion. 

photographs may be edited, cropped or otherwise formatted for marketing purposes but we will not knowingly misrepresent the nature of the work.
